I was skinny and then attempted to gain muscle which led to mass fat gain. (See below)

In fact, I was the guy who was afraid to take his shirt off at the beach. I was one of those skinny fat people who was skinny, but still had flabs of fat hiding under my tee shirt.

After countless hours at the gym, many cardio sessions and $1300 wasted on ‘get abs fast’ programs. I had a breakthrough. I tried all of the top “abs programs” and finally found something that actually worked.

So if you’re looking to lose weight, decrease body fat percentage and or get totally ripped, you’ll want to keep reading.

 

So anyway…

I was once a skinny guy with no muscle and I hated it. I think being skinny is even worse than being fat. I was afraid of taking my shirt off in front of the opposite sex and just hated my body.

So after years of wining, I decided to take action and finally learn how to get a six pack fast! I joined a gym and started doing cardio every day for 1 hour straight. 5 hours of cardio every week and I was seeing little to no results. My legs got a little bigger, but my chest and arms stayed the same.

After lifting weights and doing cardio I saw some results, but never achieved the lean body I wanted. So I went onto the Internet in search of help. I was really poor at the time so didn’t have much money to spend on programs. After joining coutless forums and reading 100+ articles I tried this six pack ab program.

It claimed to be some miracle program that would transform my body in a matter of days (25). Just as I expected, it didn’t work. I went onto try 4 other six pack ab programs and diet plans. None of them really worked… I ended up with sore abs, bad joints and even more fat.

After around 14 months of being a skinny turd, I tried one more program but it only made me put on weight. The program was mainly nutrition based so I figured I’ll follow it to the T. The result was at least 15 pounds of fat gain. I thought I’d be putting on muscle and I’d have to put up with the fat until I had enough muscle.

As they say, you can’t gain muscle without gaining fat. It turned out 95% of my “gains” were purely fat. Yikes…

With a little more searching I found a program that claimed to be able to transform my body in 90 days. I was still broke so I was really skeptical. I’d already been burnt several times by so called “fitness gurus”.

At the time I was just over weight, I went from skinny to chubby. So I decided to try this one last program after my next pay check. Around 5 pay checks later, I took the risk free trial.

Within around 20 days, I started to see results! The program gave me access to this incredible information. Plus it was all presented by people who were actually ripped themselves.

In the first week, I lost a solid 6 pounds of fat. Week two I lost 4 and week three I lost at least 3. Meanwhile I’d been adding muscle to my naturally small frame.

Hey Mike, your site seemed like it was aimed at men so I wasn’t sure if the program would work well for me. I have been using the program for more than a year now. The results speak for themselves, never again will I let myself get that fat. I am truly ashamed at how I let myself get like it. But now, nobody would ever imagine I used to be that fat. Try keep the picture on the down low!

Wow Mike, impressive transformation. I used the program too and while I didn’t see results as good as yours, I am ripped and I was 20 pounds over weight. Because I was so fatty it did take 15 weeks to do it. Thank you!!
